Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Yep. Sometimes you have to return. And it is okay.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with Oorja bars.  You will love Oorja or you will get full refund, guaranteed. We offer one of the most friendly return and full refund policies in our industry.  We will even pay for your return shipping. 

How to Return

To request your refund, simply email us within 60 days of your purchase at support@oorjabar.com. Put "Refund Request" in the subject line and put your order number in the body of the email. if you don't have your order number, don't worry.  Simply use the same email address that you used to purchase the order. We can locate your order based on this email address.

If it is required for you to return the unused portion, then we will send you a paid return shipping label. Mail the remaining Oorja bars in a box to: Oorja Nutrition LLC, 1677 Bush St, #9, San Francisco California US 94109. You will be responsible for physically shipping the product of course.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach us, may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will email you and refund you the full price of the bars that you paid.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@oorjabar.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@oorjabar.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a one time promo code for the original price of the bars will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
